Dear Customer,
Let me take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks. We thank our business patrons for demanding quality from us and for depending on us - a pressure, which compels us to perform because success does not come by itself. It is usually a result of high expectations from those whom we serve. It is a result of continued efforts, consistent business policy and above all an uncompromising attitude towards quality. He, who begins to be good, is obliged to improve. You expect this from us.A challenge we gladly accept.
A focus on Heavy Industrial Webbing Machines has been our passion in terms of engineering excellence. In 1994 our HH range of machine was launched for webbings with higher warp and weft densities and higher thickness.
FIBC industry, which was in it's initial phase in 1995, came as a new challenge. The needs of the industry were just being understood then by machinery manufacturers and most of the FIBC industry was using webbings made out of folding a wider cloth or made on a circular loom. They were thus compromising not only on strength requirements and quality of webbing but also largely on economy of manufacturing. These problems were to be answered by Needle Loom Industry. The problems of this segment for Needle Loom manufacturers were unique in the sense that the yarn to be run was not a textile material but a plastic film with smooth flat surface and pretty wide as compared to yarns. Just customising an existing needle loom won't work and hence Ravitex set out on path of research and came up with an entirely new model in 1995 to serve the purpose of FIBC industry. We have come a long way since then with the help of FIBC industry. And at this stage we are grateful to the technicians and operators of machines at our customer end who have contributed a great deal in this development.
Today, at the turn of the century, thanks to our client's confidence and to the enthusism of our qualified staff we look forward to new century with optimism and are preparing conscientously to face the challenges of a new and more demanding generation of textile industrialists. Besides the continuous Research and Development going on to bring out models of needle looms with higher speeds and higher levels of automation our team also has plans to take up development of several new machines to serve FIBC industry as a whole.
Hoping to have your continued support.
